Beginning in January, we will be adding two new online public training courses: Generative AI for Project Managers and SAFe Agilist (SA)® Exam Prep. We believe it is important to stay on top of how project management is evolving as an industry and provide up-to-date training in those areas.  

According to the World Economic Forum, it is predicted that 75% of companies will have adopted AI technologies by 2027, which means the role of Project Manager is shifting. We want to show you how to be prepared for these changes and jump right in with these increasingly popular tools. In our one-day training you will learn how to apply AI to several aspects of project management, such as project initiation, planning, project execution, and monitoring and control. Our first Generative AI for Project Managers course will be held on January 12th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central time.  

For those looking to prepare for the SAFe Agilist® exam, look no further. Our course is a two-day training that covers the foundational SAFe® principles and practices. You will learn how it can be applied in your organization, build business agility, and improve the flow of value and delivery. You’ll leave the course ready to ace your exam on the first try. Our first SAFe Agilist® exam prep course will be held on February 20-21 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central time each day.
