RefineM Project Management and Agile Services
Organizations that can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, without surprises, gain a significant advantage over their competitors. This is the case whether the project is internal (e.g., launching a new product or service translating into faster time to market with fewer risks) or external (e.g., developing a product or service for a client translating into happy clients, fast processing of invoices, repeat business, and client referrals).
Here at RefineM, we get the big picture, and that’s why we provide a variety of services—all geared to take your projects (and your project managers) to the next level. RefineM offers the following four categories of services to meet your needs:
Our project management consulting services are built around your most pivotal needs. From planning to staffing to risk management to process improvement and more, RefineM can help take your project management capability to the highest level of maturity. Learn more >>

At RefineM, we have saved our clients millions of dollars by putting their projects back on solid ground. Our mature project recovery methodology is rooted in industry best practices and our decades of real-world experience. Learn more >>

Instead, we provide practical training in just the key topics that will make the most difference. Learn more >>
We provide agile training courses as well as agile coaching to help teams adopt agile methodologies, or, for established agile teams, RefineM can help take your methodologies to the next level of maturity. “Because of the value RefineM brought to Evangel University, there was clear value in bringing the firm to Teen Challenge USA. We had looming deadlines, eight projects and a team who lacked project management experience. RefineM provided project management leadership and focused our resources to successfully deliver the projects on time.”
—Gary Blackard, CIO, Evangel University and Board of Directors, Teen Challenge USA
Earning the Project Management Professional (PMP)® is a prestigious achievement for project managers. A PMP-certified project manager has demonstrated the experience and skills necessary to lead project teams on large and complex projects. In addition, a PMP-certified project manager has shown the ability to go through the difficult process of obtaining PMP certification, which usually involves going through a 35-hour boot camp and at least a month of studying and practicing. Despite all the effort required, many candidates do not pass on their first try. What differentiates those who pass on their first try from those who don’t? How can you ensure you pass on your first try?
