We are pleased to announce that RefineM’s CEO, NK Shrivastava, has obtained the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant certification (SPC). SAFe provides the tools and key concepts of agile for the enterprise level and large teams, including agile programs, program portfolio management, agile architecture, and leadership.

“Generally, agile is implemented in teams of 5 to 9 people, but it becomes harder at the enterprise level with teams of 200 or more people. This certification provides the tools for scaling agile,” said Shrivastava.

SAFe provides value through tools for taking product to market faster, reducing defects, increasing productivity of teams, and increasing employee engagement. With Shrivastava’s SPC certification, RefineM now offers consulting and training for SAFe to companies and individuals interested in scaling agile, which may include launching Agile Release Trains or becoming SAFe Agilists (SAs) and SAFe Practitioners (SPs).
