Description: The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)® course is a two-day training that covers the foundational SAFe® principles and practices. SAFe® is a set of organization and workflow patterns meant to guide businesses in scaling lean and agile practices. Attendeees will learn how it can be applied in their organization, build business agility, and improve the flow of value and delivery. Attendees will leave the course ready to ace their exam on the first try.
Course Objectives: After completing the course, you will be able to
- Prepare for the SAFe® exam to pass on their first attempt
- Understand the benefits of SAFe®
- Learn how SAFe® supports and builds business agility
- Apply SAFe® to scale Agile in an organization
Who Should Attend: The course is ideal for anyone who wants to pass the SAFe® certification exam or apply SAFe® in their organiztion.

Course Delivery: This course will be delivered online over two full days and will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Central time each day.
