RefineM Project Management and Agile Services
Organizations that can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, without surprises, gain a significant advantage over their competitors. This is the case whether the project is internal (e.g., launching a new product or service translating into faster time to market with fewer risks) or external (e.g., developing a product or service for a client translating into happy clients, fast processing of invoices, repeat business, and client referrals).
Here at RefineM, we get the big picture, and that’s why we provide a variety of services—all geared to take your projects (and your project managers) to the next level. RefineM offers the following four categories of services to meet your needs:
Project Management Consulting
Our project management consulting services are built around your most pivotal needs. From planning to staffing to risk management to process improvement and more, RefineM can help take your project management capability to the highest level of maturity. Learn more >>

Our mature project recovery methodology is rooted in industry best practices and our decades of real-world experience. Learn more >>
Project Management Training
We offer training, coaching and mentoring to take your team’s project delivery capability to the next level. From PMI exam prep to teaching advanced skills, RefineM leads the way in project management training. Our training is focused and hard-hitting. We don’t offer all the bells and whistles. Instead, we provide practical training in just the key topics that will make the most difference. Learn more >>
Agile Transformation
We provide agile training courses as well as agile coaching to help teams adopt agile methodologies, or, for established agile teams, RefineM can help take your methodologies to the next level of maturity. Our process includes a series of iterations to take you from learning key concepts to side-by-side coaching to back-of-room observation and critiques to get you functioning as a successful self-managing agile team. “Because of the value RefineM brought to Evangel University, there was clear value in bringing the firm to Teen Challenge USA. We had looming deadlines, eight projects and a team who lacked project management experience. RefineM provided project management leadership and focused our resources to successfully deliver the projects on time.”

Those who do not allow themselves enough time to study and develop a plan often don’t pass on their first try. So, you should set a realistic timeline and follow it closely. The three-month timeline below is a fast-paced track to taking the PMP exam.
