Description: Developing leadership skills is both a long-term and short-term investment in success. In the long term, effective leaders develop their teams, but in the short term, effective leaders can also drive results for their teams and their organizations.
In this course, attendees will learn how effective leaders drive results. They will explore situational leadership and different leadership styles, discovering which ones work best for them and how to adapt leadership styles to different situations. Finally, they will learn fundamental leadership skills, including developing clarity and focus, motivating teams, communicating effectively, and building relationships. Attendees will leave the course ready to use leadership skills to drive results.
