Description: Both Waterfall and Agile methodologies have pros and cons and can be effectively used to deliver successful projects and improve operational efficiency. Teams that are practicing Waterfall, or performing operational work, can benefit from Agile by implementing selected Agile practices iteratively.
In this course, attendees will learn strategies to incorporate Agile practices for their projects or operational work. The instructor will share the real-world experiences to allow attendees to relate to their current projects.
