Whether you lead a project utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or another flavor of Agile, you need to exemplify the mindset laid out by the Agile Manifesto and Twelve Principles in order to set a strong foundation for success on your Agile teams. Through this presentation, you will learn key leadership principles such as servant leadership, welcoming change, and creating a culture of transparency.
