Description: Effective communication depends not only on the message you send, but how your intended audience receives it. One possible distortion of the message is the recipient’s behavioral style. The DISC model describes four behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. How do you craft an effective message to reach people exhibiting each of these behavioral styles?
In RefineM’s Effective Communication Using DISC course, you will learn more about each of the behavioral styles described by the DISC model. You will learn how to craft effective messages to reach people exhibiting each behavioral style, and will participate in individual and group exercises to reinforce the concepts. You will leave this course with a stronger grasp of DISC and will be able to leverage your knowledge to enhance your communication skills.
