Description: Psychologist Daniel Goleman has identified six different leadership styles, including Commanding, Visionary, Affiliative, Democratic, Pacesetting, and Coaching. What do each of these leadership styles mean, which one is closest to you, and which one is most effective for your situations?
In RefineM’s What Is Your Leadership Style course, you will learn more about each of the six leadership styles identified by Goleman. You will learn best practices for each leadership style and understand when a style may not be ideal at a particular moment. You will participate in individual and group exercises to reinforce your understanding, and will leave the course ready to practice ideal leadership styles on your teams.
