Kanban, or “visual card,” is a system to help visualize work and make it explicit. It is useful for service and support teams who cannot control the predictability of work coming in. In addition, it can help expose process bottlenecks so they can be fixed.
Although Kanban is most closely associated with Agile, any service or support team can utilize the system. In RefineM’s Essentials of Kanban course, attendees will be introduced to Kanban, its principles, how it works, and how it differs from Scrum. They will learn how to get started using Kanban and how to overcome common challenges. Attendees will leave the course prepared to implement Kanban in their organizations.
