Description: Is your team struggling with changing requirements and prioritization? Whether your team is following agile or not, one way to address this struggle is by maintaining a backlog. In this month’s webinar, we look at the practice of maintaining a backlog as it relates to agile. We then discuss ways that a traditional, or waterfall, team can implement the practice and derive benefit from it even without fully embracing agile.
